A natural entrepreneur at the age of 18, while still in high school, Kenneth owned and operated a wholesale sports card business from 1990-2009. From an initial investment of $3,000, his business, The Kid from Left Field, saw many successful years averaging $1.8 million in sales. After industry changes, he proceeded to plunge into the financial world of stocks and commodities. Self-taught, he operated and traded a portfolio in the six figures, successfully beating the market over the portfolio life. Kenneth has always had a passion for real estate and has analyzed the market and studied the trends over the years and thus excitedly entered into his next great venture, becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2015. Kenneth achieved the Lang Emerald Award in 2017. Kenneth is a devoted husband to Carrie and father of two beautiful children, Aspen and Sydney. As a family man, Kenneth has discovered his calling to find families their very own home. A familys home is their sanctuary, therefore a very personal decision. Kenneth believes and works from the principle that every family deserves their perfect match. As families grow, so too do their needs and desires. Kenneth specializes in making that connection. Kenneth not only works in the suburban market, he also has a strong passion for ocean community properties. As a family, they play, relax by and are deeply connected to the ocean. Residing and working in South Florida over the last 37 years has given Kenneth extensive knowledge of the bi-county communities and neighborhoods throughout Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Parkland and Coral Springs. With unmatched financial and negotiation traits coupled with outstanding people and communication skills, Kenneth takes on the hard work to make sure his clients are not only getting the best deal, but are content through the process. Kenneth built his newest familys home in 2017 in the gated community Parkland Golf & Country Club located in Parkland. Previous to that, the family resided in The Isles East in their home they built in 1998.
